POPVOX Foundation Welcomes Chloe Ladd
Chloe Ladd joins POPVOX Foundation as the Program Manager for Global Initiatives, where her passion for building bridges across borders takes center stage. In this role, Chloe supports democratic institutions around the globe by fostering networks, information sharing, and innovation.
Before joining POPVOX Foundation, Chloe worked at the Bertelsmann Foundation, where she managed the Bertelsmann Foundation Fellowship, an initiative that convened transatlantic policymakers to explore topics ranging from emerging technologies to the future of work and democracy. Fluent in French, she also led the Foundation’s French research portfolio, focused on innovative policy initiatives.
Chloe earned her Master of German and European Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Relations from the University of Virginia, where she also volunteered as a firefighter — an experience that sparked her lifelong commitment to service.
Originally from France, she lives in Virginia with her incredible husband and dog.
