POPVOX Foundation Welcomes Caitlin McNally
Caitlin McNally joins POPVOX Foundation as a Program Associate, contributing across all project areas.
Caitlin McNally's interest in Congressional modernization began during her undergraduate studies and deepened through her senior thesis, which examined New Member Orientation through historical analysis and international comparative research. Prior to joining POPVOX Foundation, Caitlin worked with the House Subcommittee on Modernization and in the Office of Representative Derek Kilmer [D, WA], who served as Ranking Member of the Subcommittee. This experience provided her with direct exposure to congressional operations and bipartisan efforts to improve legislative effectiveness. Caitlin graduated from Princeton University in 2024 with a degree in Public and International Affairs. Based in San Francisco, she is eager to explore how technology can strengthen legislative institutions and make democratic processes more effective and accessible.
