Building Digital Parliaments: A Global Legislative Modernization Event

About the Event

Join POPVOX Foundation for an informal evening reception bringing together international parliamentarians and legislative staff for peer exchange on legislative modernization and AI.

POPVOX Foundation will share an overview of the Digital Parliaments Project (DPP), an initiative that supports parliaments in digitizing their legislative records, standardizing data, and building the infrastructure needed to leverage AI tools responsibly and effectively. DPP works with partner parliaments around the world to move from paper-based systems and siloed information toward open, interoperable digital infrastructure.

POPVOX Foundation will also offer a live demo of ParlLink, our AI-powered platform standardizing legislative data and building the foundation for AI tools in legislatures.

The remainder of the evening will be held open for peer discussion on modernization and AI in democratic institutions.

Whether you are early in your parliament’s digitization journey or already exploring AI tools, this is a great opportunity for open discussion and exchange with peers and practitioners alike.

This in-person reception will take place on the sidelines of the NCSL Legislative Summit 2026 in Chicago and is limited to the first 40 registrants.
The venue is within walking distance of the Summit and will be provided upon registration.
