Please join POPVOX Foundation for the launch of our Three Horizons Vision for Congress! This project draws on Jennifer Pahlka's Three Horizons Framework for Government Reform and is supported by Recoding America.

​Congress is being asked to do more than it currently has the capacity to handle, and the gap keeps widening as policy grows more complex and new technologies are developed ever faster. Join us for a discussion on how Congress can see past day-to-day frustrations to build an institution capable of meeting the moment.
